A really great book. I've read it two or three times so far and I keep getting new things from it. I highly recommend it if you are a hypnotist, or in the medical field.

I have been an admirer of both of the authors of this book for quite a long time and am happy to recommend this book to anyone in the healing profession. I feel that the simple exercises in the book are not only practical for clinicians and patients alike, they are profound in their implications on how the mind affects the body.
